This time we sit down with a serial entrepreneur, his name is Chris Christofi. He is a founder & CEO of Reventon and Sleepout, he made $1.34+ Billion in real estate sales. Through this interview, Chris told us how he made his first million. His attention in investing, and his biggest mistake in business.

Chris’s first breakthrough moment that he made the first million is in his early 20s. It’s from buying his real estate. He bought his first house at 19 and he owned 8 properties at the age of 28. Chris tells us this is not the quickest way to make money, but it is the safest way. Reventon, was founded 10 years ago in Melbourne. Their target is to help and guide first-time investors, help people build wealth through property investing. Due today, Reventon have made $889+ million business under management.

Chris believes that investors should have control and understanding of their ability. Spending too much on speculative investment is not a good decision. He points out that Elon Musk put 1.5 Billion into Bitcoin, it’s under 1% of his net worth. Chris enumerates a few more emerging markets he believes are good for investors. Chris is also a warm heart philanthropist; he had been shocked by the life of homeless people. Then he decided to help them break the homeless and poverty cycle.
